Crystal clear, straw-yellow color with golden hues, quite substantial.

Olfactive

Intense, quite complex. Refined sensations of ripe fruit and citrus, vanilla notes that blend with floral notes that make the fresh scent and enveloping. Quite fine.

Tasting

Dry, warm, enough soft, fruity and dynamic taste with a good balance, creamy and persistent with a touch of freshness that gives pleasure and elegance.

Combinations

It is combined with fish, but the structure also allows a perfect match with main courses of white meats and baked fish.

Description

Schiopetto Pinot Blanc is produced from 1967 and since then stutupisce for its tangy taste and its perfect consistency between the nose and mouth. A rich wine and persistent with a nice fresh boost that gives pleasure, drink and elegance. Excellent as an aperitif, it should be served at a temperature of 10-12 degrees.
