Carjcanti Gulfi is a Caricante blend with a very small percentage of Albanello from Vigna Campo, Val Canzeria. A temperate climate characterized by sharp temperature variations and calcareous soil provide the perfect backdrop for this rare grape variety native to Etna, Caricante. The addition of Albanello, at risk of extinction, gives this wine elegance and distinctiveness.

Gulfi's Carjcanti is a blend of Caricante grapes and a small percentage of an endangered variety: Albanello. The grapes are harvested in stainless steel tanks and then in wooden barrels. This wine reaches full maturity after 5-7 years but is enjoyable right away. Persistent acidity pairs beautifully with seafood or fresh cheeses.
