Ca' D'Gal's Moscato d'Asti ''Lumine'' is vinified in a stainless steel autoclave at controlled temperatures between 16° and 18° for a period of several days, until the alcohol content reaches 5% vol. and the optimal perlage is produced. The complete vinification process takes 50 days.
