Sauternes Chateau Simon 2019 is an intense and distinctive sweet wine, crafted using modern techniques combined with a profound respect for tradition. Sauternes Chateau Simon 2018 is also the name of the winery, founded by the Dufour family in the Barsac region and passed down through the generations. The vineyards are cultivated using cutting-edge organic methods. This exquisite wine is produced primarily from Semillon grapes, with the addition of Sauvignon and Muscadelle. The grapes are harvested by hand to select the ripest bunches, those affected by noble rot.
