Moscato d'Asti Vada Camp Bianc comes from grapes grown on various plots in the province of Asti. The soils are predominantly limestone and clay. The grapes are harvested strictly by hand, as per tradition, followed by a soft pressing, particularly suited to extracting only the most aromatic part of the must. Fermented at a controlled temperature in an autoclave, the process is stopped at 5.5 degrees to ensure an optimal balance between sugars and acidity. Before bottling, the wine is filtered, and a light pressure of 2 atm ensures a pleasant sparkling wine.
