Description

Barbera Rossore Iuli is made with 100% Barbera grapes. The name comes from the color that occasionally appears on the drinker's cheeks. Fermentation and maceration of the must take place in stainless steel. The wine is then transferred to wooden barrels for malolactic fermentation, before undergoing a final six-month maturation in large barrels.
