Barbera D'Asti Bava Stradivario 2013 comes from the most important cru, the Bricco della Pieve vineyard in Cocconato. Vinification involves relatively short but intense macerations, with increasing temperatures until the wine reaches its peak color. After slow, natural decantation, the wine is aged in new barriques for 18 months, then bottled without filtration.
