Juval Castle Riesling Grappa originates in the lower Venosta Valley, near Naturno, on the Juval Hill. Owned by the famous climber Reinhold Messner, it has been run with diligence and passion by Martin and Gisela Aurich since 1992. Juval Castle Riesling Grappa is produced from the pomace of locally grown Riesling grapes, which are distilled immediately after draining.
