The Gattinara Riserva Travaglini is vinified in stainless steel tanks for approximately 15 days at a controlled temperature, and then aged for 5 years, including 4 years in Slavonian oak barrels and a small percentage in smaller barrels for a year. It is then bottle-aged for 8 months.
