Verdejo Barco del Corneta 2022 is an organic wine made from Verdejo grapes. After the strictly manual harvest, in crates weighing no more than 10 kg, a double selection takes place in the field and in the cellar. Once the bunches are pressed along with the stems, the must ferments in barrels with wild yeasts. It is then aged on the lees for eight months in 300-, 500-, and 600-liter French oak barrels for nine months.
