Kristian Keber's 'Brda' is made from a blend of 50% Ribolla Gialla, 40% Friulano, and 10% Malvasia Istriana. Vinification involves 12 days of maceration on the skins and spontaneous alcoholic fermentation using indigenous yeasts in concrete vats. All without filtration. Aged for 24 months in large oak barrels and at least 12 months in bottle.
