Etna Rosso Tenute Bosco Prephylloxera 'Vigna Vico' 2016 comes from the north slope of the volcano and is likely the oldest vineyard on Etna. The Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes used in this wine are trained as bush vines and aged in oak barrels for 14 months, then in steel for about 3 months, and finally in bottle for at least 1 year.
