Etna Rosso Girolamo Russo 'Feudo' is produced on the northern slopes of Etna in the Contrada Feudo vineyards (Randazzo) owned by the company, from organically grown Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with maceration on the skins. The subsequent aging lasts approximately 15 months in used barriques. Approximately 3,700 bottles are produced annually. The magnum format enhances the characteristics of this splendid wine.
