Etna Bianco Graci is produced with a blend of 70% Carricante and 30% Catarratto, grown in a 2.5-hectare vineyard in the Arcurìa district of Passopisciaro, a hamlet in the municipality of Castiglione di Sicilia, on the northern slope of Mount Etna, 600 meters above sea level. The soils are brown, of volcanic origin, and rich in gravel. Vinification takes place in concrete vats after slow pressing without destemming. Fermentation is carried out without the use of selected yeasts. Aged on the lees for six months.
