Cirò Rosato Librandi is a very versatile wine and easy to pair. Librandi is considered one of the best producers of this first Calabrian appellation. The Gaglioppo grapes grow on clay and limestone soils, and the harvest takes place in late September or early October. For vinification, the producer uses a temperature-controlled tank and a short maceration process; after a few months of aging in stainless steel, it is bottled. The wine is best consumed young due to its pronounced aromatic fragrance, which would fade over time.
