The Champagne 'PN' VZ15 Bollinger is characterized by the elegance and crispness of Verzenay Pinot Noirs. The strong proportion of Verzenay gives the wine the characteristics of this terroir's Pinot Noirs: depth, elegance, and tension, combined with a saline finish. The reserve wines contribute to its exceptional aromatic intensity, thanks to the use of Pinot Noirs aged in magnums for approximately 10 years, which work in aromatic synergy with the other Pinot Noirs in the blend.

The Bollinger 'PN' VZ15 Champagne pairs well with tomato tart, pink lentil risotto from Champagne, and veal sweetbreads with chestnuts.

The Bollinger 'PN' VZ15 Champagne was created in 2015. The launch of this new cuvée is a major milestone for the House: it is the first cuvée to be permanently added to the Bollinger range; the last addition, in 2008, was the Bollinger Rosé cuvée. This PN cuvée helps define Bollinger's legendary style, adding character and substance while reinventing itself each year. It is made from 100% Pinot Noir (Blanc de Noirs). The main vineyard is Verzenay, in association with the Aÿ, Bouzy, and Tauxières vineyards. The maturation time in the cellar is more than twice the Appellation requirements.
