Etna Bianco 'Vigna Di Milo' I Vigneri is produced with 100% Carricante from a small parcel from which it takes its name. It is the result of a special massal selection process carried out by Salvo Foti over 20 years of activity. The vineyard was partly planted using the ancient Etna technique of direct production, without grafting onto American vines (ungrafted). The vineyard is cultivated by hand using natural products. No biotechnology is used in the winemaking process. Racking and bottling are carried out according to the phases of the moon.
