Cannonau Sella & Mosca 'Dimonios' Riserva 2019 is a typically Mediterranean red. The grapes come from the estate's most suitable plots, on soils characterized by the presence of sand and limestone. After harvesting, a brief maceration and fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The wine ages for 12 months in large Slavonian oak barrels.
