Tenores Dettori is a wine to be savored on special occasions and to be decanted before tasting. It is made with Cannonau grapes grown in Romangia, an area renowned for producing quality wines. A powerful wine that is different every year. The grapes are destemmed after careful selection and then left to macerate in concrete vats. After being racked by hand, the must returns to stainless steel and then to the bottle for a final ageing.
