Nepente di Oliena Iolei Liju 2022 Without Added Sulfites is a red wine made from 100% Cannonau grapes, created from the meticulous selection of the finest grapes, hand-picked into small crates. Once in the cellar, the grapes are chilled overnight, followed by a differentiated process: 80% are crushed and destemmed, while the remaining 20% is whole-bunch fermentation to preserve their aromas. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation that refines the flavor. It ages on the fine lees for eight months.
