Marchesi Antinori's Bramito del Cervo is a wine produced from Chardonnay grapes, whose varietal character is enriched by alcoholic fermentation in barriques. A brief period of aging in wood gives the wine a deep straw color and good roundness. The first vintage of Bramito was produced in 1994. The Castello della Sala estate is located about 18 km from Orvieto.
