Description

Bourgogne Aligote Fichet 2020 is an interesting Burgundy wine from the Mersault region. The domaine has always been particularly careful to preserve the ecosystem of its vineyards, so it has abolished all synthetic chemicals. Harvesting is strictly manual, and intervention in the cellar is minimal. The result is a wine with great minerality, elegance, and aromas.
