Barolo Cappellano Pie' Rupestris 2020 is a highly prized red wine made from pure Nebbiolo grapes. After being hand-picked, the selected grapes are brought to the cellar for vinification. The must ferments in stainless steel with only indigenous yeasts. The unfiltered wine ages in large oak barrels for approximately 18 months. After blending and bottling, the wine rests for a further period in the cellar before being released.
