Barolo Burlotto Cannubi 2019 is an extremely elegant wine, one of the finest expressions of Barolo. The vineyard, located right at the center of the Barolo hill, grows on sandy marl soils and faces east. It is one of the estate's most important plots. Harvesting is done by hand to ensure the finest selection of grapes. The bunches are destemmed and the must is transferred by gravity into open French oak vats where alcoholic fermentation takes place. Bottling takes place in the summer without fining or filtration. The wine ages in the cellar for at least nine months before being released.
