Barbaresco Giacosa 'Falletto' Rabaja' 2017 is made from grapes from the Rabajà cru, from old vines located approximately 400 meters above sea level in a prestigious terroir. The harvest is strictly manual: after a careful selection of the finest bunches, fermentation occurs spontaneously and takes place in large wooden barrels with maceration on the skins for approximately one month. The wine is then aged in large wooden barrels for 18 months. After a final year in the bottle, the wine is released for sale.
