Barbaresco Roagna Gallina 2017 is a highly prized cru made from excellent Nebbiolo grapes: it is produced after a strictly manual harvest in October followed by a double selection of the grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in large wooden barrels and maceration on the skins for approximately two months. Aged in large oak barrels for at least 5 years. The wine is unfiltered and unclarified. The Roagna Winery is located in Barbaresco, in the heart of the Langhe, and produces wines that are a pure and authentic expression of the territory.
