Bruno Rocca's Barbaresco 'Rabajà' is made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, sourced from the eponymous cru in the municipality of Barbaresco. The soil is a mixture of clay and tuff with marl and limestone. The average age of the vines is approximately 50-60 years. Vinification takes place in stainless steel for approximately 20-25 days, and the wine then ages for 12 months in barriques and 12 months in large French oak barrels.
