Amarone Della Valpolicella Ca' La Bionda 'Vigneti di Ravazzoli' 2017 is an excellent version of the region's most famous red. The excellent quality of the grapes and a meticulous production process, still carried out according to artisanal practices, yield a wine with remarkable structure, elegant, rich, and profound. The Amarone Della Valpolicella Ca' La Bionda 'Vigneti di Ravazzoli' 2017 is produced according to organic farming principles. The Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes come from vineyards cultivated in the hilly Valpolicella Classica area, at an altitude between 150 and 300 meters above sea level. The calcareous soils are ideal for enhancing the characteristics of the area's native grapes. Harvest takes place between late August and early September. The grapes are left to dry until December, after which they are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with maceration on the skins. The long refinement takes place for 42 months in 30-hectoliter oak barrels. Born in the winery's eponymous cru, the 2017 Amarone Della Valpolicella Ca' La Bionda 'Vigneti di Ravazzoli' represents the estate's excellence.
