Amarone Classico Bertani is a timeless wine, the expression of a unique style that Bertani has always pursued with dedication. A classic style that never needs to change, because it is always current. Amarone is made from Corvina and Rondinella grapes on the hills of Tenuta Novare, in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica area, in vineyards dedicated exclusively to appassimento grapes. Produced by Bertani since 1958, Amarone Classico Bertani embodies the perfect harmony between time, nature, and man: we dedicate our expertise and passion to it, with long waiting and great care. The grapes are left to rest on 'arél,' bamboo racks, according to the traditional production method. Fermentation in cement and aging in large barrels for at least six years stabilize its structure, making it one of the longest-lived red wines in the world.
