Tre Monti's Albana di Romagna 'Vitalba' is an 'Orange' wine produced in amphorae from Albana grapes. The grapes are usually harvested in the first week of September, resulting in a wine with a good alcohol content (14.5% ABV) yet easy to drink. Maceration takes place in Georgian amphorae and lasts approximately 70 days. Medium-aged cheeses and fish or vegetable dishes pair well with this wine, served at around 10-12°C.
