Maso Martis Brut Rosé Spumante is a classy wine with a delicate pink color and aromas of berries, currants, raspberries, and wild strawberries, with delicate hints of sweet almond. It's full-bodied and velvety. Harvested by hand in small crates, the grapes are pressed, and the must remains in contact with the skins during cold maceration for approximately 18-24 hours to facilitate the extraction of color and the noblest aromatic precursors of Pinot Noir. This is followed by very gentle pressing, fermentation, and a long maturation of the base wine on the lees. Stored in steel tanks, it is bottled the following spring with the addition of selected yeasts. After aging for 30 to 36 months, the wine is riddling, disgorged, and bottled.
