The 'Altemasi Graal' Brut Riserva Cavit sparkling wine is made with 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir grapes grown in vineyards with a great vocation and tradition of sparkling wine production in Trentino (Valle dei Laghi and the hills of Trento), located between 450 and 600 meters above sea level. It ages on the lees for over 60 months.
