Giulio Ferrari's 'Riserva del Fondatore' Rosé sparkling wine is produced with a carefully selected blend of Pinot Noir grapes and a small percentage of Chardonnay, depending on the vintage, grown in vineyards owned by the Lunelli family on the slopes of the mountains surrounding Trento. The grapes are hand-picked and aged for at least 10 years on selected yeasts from the family's own vineyards.
