Description

The Girlan Sauvignon 'Indra' vines grow not far from Bolzano, amidst gently sloping, sun-kissed vineyards nestled in the tranquil landscape between San Michele and the Adige Valley, at an altitude of 450 to 550 meters above sea level. From these vineyards, the grapes are carefully selected and harvested. Once processed, fermented, and meticulously vinified, they create Indra, a Sauvignon worthy of discovery. It's a perfect aperitif, but it also pairs beautifully with more complex and structured dishes. This wine perfectly embodies the winery's goals, which include creating wines of character, using international grapes yet always rooted in the terroir; all while fully respecting nature's rhythms. Best served at 10-12 degrees Celsius.
