It is a Tuscan red of great charm and richness. Jacopo Biondi Santi selected a Sangiovese from his family's historic estate in Montalcino, where the renowned Tenuta Greppo Brunello is produced, to transplant to Maremma and produce his Sassoalloro. The result is a Sangiovese with a strong territorial identity.
