The 2022 Pojer & Sandri Riesling comes from vineyards located in Palai, at 700 meters above sea level with silty-calcareous and marly soils, and Valbona, at 450 meters above sea level. This area was shaped in ancient times by retreating glaciers. The grapes are washed and pressed in a controlled atmosphere, a technique developed by the company to preserve the variety's organoleptic and antioxidant characteristics. The wine ages on the lees in acacia barrels before bottling.
