Crystal clear, pale yellow with green reflections, quite substantial.
Olfactive
Intense and quite complex, it combines with floral notes of rose, peach and orange, features pleasant notes of honey and saffron to close with slight hydrocarbon notes and some flinty mineral veiling.
Tasting
Dry, warm, quite soft, elegant despite its rural candor, with dry, fresh and fruity.
Combinations
Excellent as an aperitif or with seafood appetizers, pasta dishes with fish, pleasant especially in summer for its great drinkability and freshness.

The Vinnae' is produced for the most part with Ribolla Gialla grapes and slight percentage with Riesling and Friulano, all extremely fresh wines that make a big aperitif. The year 1983 was the first in which we began to call the wine 'Vinnae' to commemorate the birth of the second son Michael and a hundred years of work and dedication to the five generations of Jermann vineyard arrive in 1881 by Bilijana (now in Slovenian Collio). Since then vinnaioli Vinnae.
