Quite intense, complex and fine floral notes of violet, plum and cherry, humus and leather, closes with spicy notes of tobacco, vanilla and clove.

Tasting

Dry, warm, soft and intriguing, with smooth tannins and a long finish and pre-existing.

Pinot Noir Praedium ''St. Daniel'' Colterenzio marries light appetizers, veal and poultry but also of robust fish dishes.

The Praedium line refers to praedium' Roman, a rooted wine culture carried on for generations by the same family, and Pinot Noir Praedium 'St. Daniel' Colterenzio no exception. The wine is limpid, it is a ruby red color and small, with light garnet. The nose comes quite intense, complex and fine, opens with floral notes of violet, opens with plum and cherry, humus and leather, to close with spicy notes of tobacco, vanilla and clove. In the mouth it is soft and intriguing, with smooth tannins and a long finish and pre-existing. Best it served at a temperature of 16-18 degrees.'
