Crystalline strong and full straw yellow color with light golden hues, consistent.

Olfactive

Quite intense, complex, fine, with hints of walnut, mango, melon and ripe pineapple, hints of wood, vanilla and cinnamon.

Tasting

Dry, warm, soft, fresh and quite tasty, a white wine quite austere and rugged, with a good persistence.

Combinations

Chardonnay ''Lafoa'' Colterenzio accompanies typical first Italian dishes, to grilled fish, shellfish and white meats.

Chardonnay Cornell Formigar' Colterenzio born in the most selected vineyards on the slopes below the fortified village of Sigmundskron Castle, situated on a plateau limestone marl, the vines of Chardonnay Formigar benefit from a great location, able to give a structured and elegant wine. The wine has strong crystalline pale yellow and filled with pale golden hues, the nose is quite intense, complex, fine, with hints of nut, mango, melon and ripe pineapple, hints of wood, vanilla and cinnamon. In the mouth goes dry heat, soft, fresh and quite tasty, a white wine quite austere and rugged, with a good persistence. Best served at a temperature of 10-12 degrees.'
