Brunnenhof's Pinot Noir 'Mazzon' Riserva is made from the eponymous grapes, all grown entirely in Mazzon. The grapes for this wine are hand-picked and selected and fermented in large wooden vats for two weeks on the lees. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for a year in 500-liter oak barrels and then for 8 to 10 months in large oak barrels. The bottled wine remains in the cellar for another year, after which it is released for sale.

What to pair wine with Pinot Nero Brunnenhof Mazzon Riserva 2021

Pinot Noir ''Mazzon'' Riserva Brunnenhof is ideal to accompany grilled dishes, roast pork or veal, game, smoked or grilled fish and strong cheeses.

Contains sulfites.

Brunnenhof's Pinot Noir 'Mazzon' Riserva is produced from the eponymous grapes, all grown in Mazzon at an altitude of 400 meters above sea level. The sandy-clay soil, the afternoon sun, and the Ora del Garda wind provide ideal climatic conditions in the vineyard. The Pinot Noir that distinguishes this Cru has been grown here for over 100 years. The grapes for this wine are picked and selected by hand and fermented in large wooden vats for two weeks in contact with the lees. Regular punching down allows for optimal extraction of aromas and color from the pomace. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for a year in 500-liter oak barrels and then for 8 to 10 months in large oak barrels. The bottled wine remains in the cellar for another year before being released for sale.
