La Prendina Pinot Bianco is produced exclusively with Pinot Bianco grapes, a noble and difficult-to-grow cultivar. It produces a medium-bodied yet fresh and fruity wine with a clean, crisp flavor. The grapes, harvested in early September, are pressed, and the resulting must, after clarification, is fermented at 18°C for approximately two weeks. The wine is immediately removed from the lees and stored to prevent malolactic fermentation. Given its low acidity, it is bottled as early as December and distributed starting in January.
