Borro 2020 is an opulent blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah. The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified separately. The wine macerates on the skins for 22 days in stainless steel vats at 22°C. After racking, the wine rests in new Allier oak barrels, and the four wines are blended during the first racking. The cuvée ages in barrels for 18 months, then is filtered, bottled, and aged again in bottle for another 8 months in the cellar.
