The Franciacorta ''P.R.'' Blanc De Blancs Monte Rossa was created to celebrate the company's 35th anniversary. Its name pays homage to the company's founders, who share the same initials: Paola Rovetta, a pioneer in Franciacorta since the 1970s, and her husband Paolo Rabotti, promoter and founder of the Franciacorta Consortium as well as its first president. It is a Blanc de Blancs, the fruit of a passionate pursuit of harmony between the breadth, structure, and complexity of the reserve wine (35%) and the elegance, smoothness, and finesse typical of the Chardonnay (65%) from the finest crus, confirming the company's production philosophy of achieving excellence not only in its vintages but in its entire production.
