Giuliani's Cesanese del Piglio 'Alagna' is produced from grapes harvested in the first week of October. It ferments for 22 days with maceration on the lees in temperature-controlled steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation entirely in steel tanks. Aged in bottle.
