Adenzia Rosso Baglio Del Cristo Di Campobello 2019 is a blend of Syrah and Nero d'Avola. These two varieties grow in vineyards located at altitudes between 230 and 260 meters. Harvest takes place between the second and third ten days of September, and the resulting must ferments at a controlled temperature, macerating on the skins for 20 days. The wine is then transferred to French oak barriques and stainless steel tanks for 10 months, followed by a further year of bottle maturation.
