Trebbiolo Rosso La Stoppa is made from 60% Barbera and 40% Bonarda grapes, grown organically with spontaneous grassing, and without the use of any fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides. It is vinified on the skins with maceration for approximately 20 days in steel and/or concrete tanks. It ferments spontaneously with indigenous yeasts and ages in steel and concrete tanks. This wine is classified as Triple A: farmers, artisans, artists.
