Zibibbo ''Taif'' Fina is produced in Western Sicily from 100% Zibibbo grapes grown at an altitude of 300 m above sea level. The grapes are harvested at the end of August, the must is then fermented, aged in steel and the resulting wine is then left to rest for six months in the bottle.
