The 2020 Valentini Trebbiano d'Abruzzo is a renowned wine, renowned for its incredible longevity. It is made with 100% Trebbiano grapes grown in the Loreto Aprutino area. Everything is done entirely by hand, yet with the utmost care. The hand-harvested grapes are then followed by meticulous selection of the finest bunches. The grapes are then taken to the winery, where, after destemming, fermentation begins in large wooden barrels, using only indigenous yeasts. It is aged for one year in 50- or 70-hl oak barrels. The liquid undergoes neither fining nor filtration.
