The Moser '51.151' sparkling wine is the family's Metodo Classico, produced since 1984. It is classified as a Trento DOC Bianco and is made with a selection of Chardonnay grapes, processed and harvested by hand, from the finest family-owned vineyards. The vineyards are located around the Maso Villa Warth, an amphitheater at an altitude of 350 meters overlooking the Adige Valley and the municipality of Trento, with predominantly calcareous soil. The whole grapes are pressed with selection of the free-run must. Fermentation and aging take place in steel tanks, oak barrels, and acacia barriques until the tirage. The selected yeasts remain in the bottle for a minimum of 30 months until disgorgement.
