Balter Brut sparkling wine is made from Chardonnay vines that, thanks to the mild climate and significant temperature variations, ripen slowly, producing rich and intense fruit. Harvest is slightly early, and after a gentle pressing, the must ferments partly in stainless steel and partly in small oak barrels. After 8 months of maturation, the cuvée is created and then aged for 36 months on the lees.
